Personal

Paul was born and raised in Drayton Valley, Alberta. University training took place in South Carolina, and it was there that he met his wife of 40+ years. After graduation, home was in Ohio, then in Victoria, B.C., and since 1994 in the Comox Valley, which was a great place to raise five children!

The five children are now adults, and after finishing university, two returned to the Comox Valley, while the others live in various spots in the eastern United States. Interestingly, one of Paul’s sons and one of his daughters are also accountants.

Pastoral

Since coming to the Comox Valley in 1994, Paul has worn another “hat” in addition to working as a CPA. He serves as the pastor of Grace Baptist Church of the Comox Valley (“GBC”). GBC is an independent Baptist church with the goal of Bringing the Bible to Life by bearing witness to Jesus Christ and the salvation He came to provide for humanity and by encouraging Christians to grow spiritually.
